Flowers ordered and flowers shipped not even in the same league. Also shorted a balloon. I called to talk to the manager and he was very short and rude about it.

Horrible! Rude! Condescending!!!!!!! IF you want to pay premium dollar for sub par products and be treated with the up most disrespect, then use these idiots. The only way they can be getting business is by using the big internet based flower websites that DO NOT TELL YOU WHO YOU WILL BE GETTING!!! If there is any chance of getting this shop, use another. I paid $78 dollars and the arrangement looked terrible, nothing like the picture, not even close. And the card was so illegible I had to text the recipient what it was supposed to say. They took a beautiful moment that will never be had again and ruined it and embarrassed me. Horrible experience, way too much money, ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
