Had to argue with one of the owners about honoring my $25 gift certificate that usually expires within a year. They said they could change their policy and do whatever they want to do. The gift certificate should have expired in May of 2018, but they wrote in that it expires Dec. 31, 2017. What can I plant in Dec. in Ohio!! I am a frequent customer and was treated VERY poorly. In the future I will be spending my money at a business that appreciates its customers.
