We took our Kitty to Whispering Pines for her annual. I was impressed with how they kept her in mind first. They did not want to stress her as they knew she had issues with going to the vet. This was our first time here and we liked them very much. Our kitty is pretty much our little baby so they way she was treated here as far as we were concerned was top notch. This vet has a heart!!!!!
I had an appointment scheduled at 4pm. The office called me and left a VM stating there was a “gap” in the schedule and asked if I wanted to bring my dog in earlier today. I returned the call, informing them that we could not come in any earlier due to our work hours and that my boyfriend was leaving work early already to make the 4 pm appt. Later, my boyfriend called and said he was running 4 minutes behind (according to GPS) I told him I would call the vet to give them a heads up (this was our dog’s first appt with this vet.) The assistant that answered the phone, clearly sighed and stated “I thought you were coming in early? The doctor needs to leave early today.” I then replied, “you left a voicemail earlier asking us to come in early due to a “gap” in appointments, not b/c the doc had to leave early. I wanted to inform you that my boyfriend is 5 min behind.” The assistant rudely said “hold on” and put me on hold before I could even reply. Another assistant picked up the line, when I asked if there was a problem, reporting the staff was rude to me when I was calling to be courteous and inform them of running late. This assistant replied “That was the other girl, not me.” I hung up the phone, called my boyfriend and told him to turn the car around. We would never take our dog to a place with such aweful and careless staff!! We were gladly accommodated by Penn Ohio vet.
Really great vets and they are so gentle with your babies. They also are very helpful with just about any questions you may have.
Love this clinic and the people in it. Guaranteed to not have a bad experience. Always trying to put a smile on the customers face and a wag in the patients tails!!!
Have been going there for 40 yrs and have never had a problem. They are kind ,the office is clean and the staff and drs are wonderful.
