Our family is disgusted there is a requirement to give a star at all. Over priced and unprofessional. Because we purchased our own materials prior to hiring this company they said it was there practice to increase our billing hours and billing rate per hour. Because they Mark up the materials to make money off of those as well. In the end they put 3 extra hours on the bill and at least a 200 charge from the get go...just for having the materials on site.
