The staff is very rude at this particular State Farm. I called them several times just to get information on my account and they never called back. Could not give me a definite answer on how much my bill was every month. I went into the office to get answers. Angie the customer service representative was not helpful what so ever. She was very rude and talked to me as if I were stupid. So if you get insurance don't get it with this company they do not care about their customers what so ever.
