Good service great people helped me find everything I needed
Very disappointed in their customer service. Called to reserve a sander, was told it can be picked up the next morning, got there when they opened and was told the sander was out and would be back at noon. Went back after noon and was told the person renting it was going to keep it another day. No consideration for us whatsoever.

Been 2 weeks since i placed an order for store pick up item is in stock at the store but yet every time i call about it they keep saying we are still procesing the order call back tomrrow they also said no money would leave my accout till item is ready yet paypal said ace has already been paid in full and the money is out of my accout they refuse to cancle my order and give me my money back that they took really in need of my items
I really like giving this local small business our support. They have great help and often carry hard to find items. One this is I wish the Isles was wider. My son's wheelchair barely fit through.
Aisles are a little narrow (seems to be a characteristic of Ace) but the employees are always nice and very helpful--the commercials don't lie
