We went to the dealership to test drive several different cars. Tyler was very patient with us and explained each vehicle in detail. The more we talked the more he was able to help us with exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. The rest of the staff was very friendly and pleasant. SVG Motors really has this whole car shopping experienced designed to make it pleasant and easy for the customer from the car search to the car purchase. Their added amenities that go with every car purchase are really great!
Amber sold my wife and I 2 vehicles. We was very impressed with her and the entire staff at SVG. They did everything they could to get our payments where we was comfortable. I will recommend them to everybody.
Was told for a over a year that my wife would be receiving 3 years of oil changes here, made an appointment, confirmed my price, and drove an hour out of my way only for them to try charge me for something that was confirmed "free" and behave extremely rude. I would prefer walking everywhere over dealing with this degree of deception and dissatisfaction. Currently this is the worst dealership I've had the displeasure of dealing with. When making an appointment and being told something... then driving out of your way only to have wasted your time.. Thanks for nothing.
